RevOS Creator ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Visionary Advisors LLC. We provide an AI-powered education and community platform that helps content creators use AI to make better content and generate revenue. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, billing address, and password when you create an account.
• Payment Information: Credit card and billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, AI bot conversations, and content you create within the platform.
• Communication Data: Messages you send through our community, support requests, and coaching call participation.
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device type, and operating system for security and platform optimization.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide access to the RevOS Creator platform, AI bots, coaching calls, and community
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account updates, coaching call reminders)
• To send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve the platform, AI bot quality, and user experience
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

4. AI Bot Data

When you interact with our custom AI bots:

• Your prompts, inputs, and outputs are stored to maintain conversation history within your account
• We do not use your conversation data to train external AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) beyond what is necessary to deliver the AI bot response
• The Brain (your personalized context layer) stores information you input about your niche, audience, and offers — this data is private to your account and never shared with other users
• You can delete your AI bot conversation history at any time through your account settings

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use the following technologies to operate the platform:

Authentication Cookies: Required to keep you logged in. These cannot be disabled while using authenticated features.

Session Storage: Used temporarily during sign-in to prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. Deleted when you close your browser tab.

Local Storage: Saves your preferences (theme settings, in-progress work) and improves performance. Cleared when you clear your browser data.

Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand how the platform is used in aggregate. These do not collect personally identifiable information.

We do not allow third-party advertising networks to place tracking cookies on your device through our platform.

6. Third-Party Services We Use

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Anthropic / OpenAI: AI model providers powering our custom bots (subject to their respective privacy policies)
• Email service provider: Transactional and marketing emails
• Community platform: Hosts our private member community
• Video conferencing: Hosts live coaching calls

We share only the minimum data required for these services to function. We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

Active accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active.

Cancelled accounts: When you cancel your subscription or close your account, we retain your platform data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all platform data is permanently deleted.

Lifetime Playbooks access: If you cancel the $97/month subscription but retain lifetime Playbooks access, your course progress is retained indefinitely.

No data exports: We do not currently provide automated data exports.

Early deletion: To request immediate deletion of your data, email zion@revos-creator.com.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the data we have about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to delete your data
• The right to opt out of marketing communications
• The right to restrict or object to certain processing

10. Children's Privacy

RevOS Creator is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
