Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevOS Creator (the "Service"), operated by Visionary Advisors LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. The RevOS Creator Platform

RevOS Creator is an educational and AI-powered software platform. We provide:

• Playbooks: On-demand training, frameworks, and digital materials (lifetime access)
• AI Bots & Brain: Custom AI tools trained on creator-focused workflows
• Weekly Coaching: Live coaching calls with Zion Martinez
• Community: A private community of RevOS Creator members

RevOS Creator provides educational content and software tools only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice.

3. Payment Terms

Playbooks (Lifetime Access): A one-time payment of $297 USD grants you immediate, lifetime access to the RevOS Creator Playbooks library, including all future playbook updates.

AI Bots, Brain, Coaching & Community Subscription: $97 USD per month, billed automatically each month. The first 30 days are included free with your Playbooks purchase. After 30 days, your subscription begins automatically unless cancelled.

Founding Member Pricing: Founding members lock in their $97/month rate for life as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation removes the founding rate lock.

Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize Visionary Advisors LLC to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting zion@revos-creator.com. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Playbooks ($297 one-time): We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this window, email zion@revos-creator.com. After 7 days, all Playbooks sales are final.

Subscription ($97/month): All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription charges. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Bonus 1-on-1 Audit: If you've already redeemed your founding member 1-on-1 audit, the Playbooks refund is forfeited.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes — content creation results, revenue, audience growth, or business success depend on your individual effort, skill, and market conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account
• Record, copy, or distribute proprietary training materials, AI prompts, or coaching calls
• Resell, sublicense, or replicate any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer software components or AI bot system prompts
• Use the AI bots to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Harass other community members
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within RevOS Creator — including Playbooks, frameworks, methodologies, AI prompts, custom bots, training videos, coaching call recordings, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Visionary Advisors LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use this content for your personal business use only.

Content you create using the AI bots and platform tools (scripts, ideas, products, copy) belongs to you.

7. Community Rules

The RevOS Creator community is a private space for paying members. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Keep conversations confidential within the community
• Not promote unrelated services or pitch other members without permission
• Not share or screenshot community content publicly

Violations may result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visionary Advisors LLC and its founders shall not be liable for:

• Business losses or lost revenue
• Failed launches, content underperformance, or audience loss
• Platform changes or technical interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. Maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

RevOS Creator's AI bots produce outputs based on your inputs. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or using it
• Verifying factual claims, statistics, and references
• Ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Visionary Advisors LLC is not responsible for the consequences of using AI-generated content without review.

10. Third-Party Services

We may recommend external tools, consultants, or service providers. These are independent third parties. We do not receive compensation from these providers (unless explicitly disclosed) and are not responsible for their services, actions, or outcomes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without refund if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Distribute proprietary content
• Harass other members
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

12. Data Upon Cancellation or Termination

Retention: Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation to allow reactivation.

Permanent deletion: After 90 days, all account data is permanently deleted.

No data exports: We do not provide data exports.

Lifetime Playbooks access: Survives cancellation of the monthly subscription. Course progress and lesson completions are not deleted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
